Visit Spokane Washington and you will find the iconic and beautiful Clock tower. The Great Northern railroad came to Spokane in 1892. The depot and tower were built on Havermale Island in the Spokane River at a cost of $150,000. It was completed in 1902. The Great Northern Depot was the finest railroad depot west of Chicago. It was made with pressed brick and trimmed with native sandstone and it is a beautiful example of the industrial age of Spokane.

This painting was inspired by the clock tower. It is a watercolor painted on 300lb watercolor paper. This unframed painting is priced at $180.00. You can also order my custom black metal frame, from my web site, and your painting will arrive ready to give as a gift or hang on your wall!
