Take your painting skills to a new level with Inspirational Color for Fearless Painting! Elise Beattie will teach you all about how to effectively understand and use color when painting with water-media. Whether you use transparent watercolors or acrylics you are invited to join Elise for an intensive two day exploration to better understand the role “color” plays in our artwork .
-During each of our morning sessions, we will create numerous color- mixing charts that will help you understand how to create and work with color for years to come.
In the afternoon, we will continue to study and play with how to create the best hues for our subjects in our landscape painting sessions.
In this workshop :
We will take our paintings to a new and exciting level by learning about the effects of using warm versus cool colors. We will learn how to add drama to our paintings through using complimentary or analogous colors!
We will practice mixing neutral colors, like you would find in nature !
This valuable ,easy and practical “fundamentals of color program” will fill you with inspiration and knowledge!
